We do our best to place stickers as accurately as possible based on your design. However, please understand that slight variations may happen due to fabric texture and printing processes. Perfection is great, but a tiny human touch makes it special!
Can I place stickers on puffed characters or textured areas?
Unfortunately, stickers won’t adhere properly to puffed or raised characters, even though our system may let you select those spots. If this happens, we’ll send the product as-is and ask you to choose a different placement. No worries – we’ll guide you through it.
Will the sticker size be exactly as shown on the preview?
Sticker dimensions are displayed as accurately as possible in the preview, but minor variations may occur in reality due to manufacturing limitations. Rest assured, we keep discrepancies minimal.
Can I cancel or return my customized product?
Once your customization is confirmed and the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Custom products are made just for you, which is why we urge you to double-check your design and size before ordering.
How do I choose the right size for my kid?
Please refer carefully to our detailed size chart before placing your order. We recommend measuring your child’s current clothing to pick the best fit. We’re happy to help if you’re unsure — just drop us a message.
Can I place stickers outside the boundaries of the tee?
Stickers are allowed only within the printable area of the product. Anything placed outside won’t be printed.
Can I overlap stickers when customizing?
Overlapping stickers isn’t allowed, as it affects print quality. Each sticker needs its own space to shine.
What material are the stickers made of?
Our stickers are made from durable polyester printed with non-toxic dyes. Since our products use GOTS certified organic cotton for all skin contact, polyester is only used for patches because it won’t touch your child’s skin. We’ve searched far and wide for a cotton-patch partner but haven’t found one yet. If you know of one, please let us know!

How accurate are the sticker colors shown on screen?
We display sticker colors as accurately as possible, but please remember that screen settings vary. Shades and saturation may differ slightly when you receive the final product — kind of like a little surprise gift from us to you!
